ndustrial Hydraulics (Bosch Hydraulic and Rexroth Hydraulic) The Industrial Hydraulics division combines the former Rexroth Hydraulics and the Fluid Power division of Bosch Automation Technology. Located in Bethlehem, PA, the division is a leading supplier of components and systems for stationary applications. As such, it provides a complete range of hydraulic components, specially adapted electronic modules and advanced simulation technologies. The Bosch Hydraulic product line includes standard valves, manifold blocks, servo and proportional valves, control and system technologies, Rexroth pumps and motors, cylinders, hydraulic power units, analog and digital amplifiers, and open- and closed-loop controls.

Electric Drives and Controls
The Electric Drives and Controls division is located in Hoffman Estates and combines the former Rexroth Indramat and the Industrial Electronics Group of Bosch Automation Technology. The new division has extensive experience in the design, development and manufacture of precision machine and motion control systems for the industrial automation market, including the machine tool, car body and assembly, material handling, packaging, printing and converting, and general automation markets. The complete controls product line includes modules such as highly dynamic drive units, open controls and intelligent software packages, delivering integrated, scalable system solutions. The product line also includes linear and rotary drives, frequency converters, CNC, PLC, motion, welding and robot controls, tightening and press-fit systems. Linear Motion and Assembly TechnologiesThe Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies division of Bosch Rexroth is located in Buchanan, MI, and Charlotte, NC. This division, formerly Rexroth Star and Bosch Automation, provides solutions to manufacturing challenges such as those requiring cleanroom compatibility, custom lengths and high-load capacities. The division’s products include ball and roller rail systems, linear bushings and shafts, ball screw assemblies, linear motion systems, aluminum structural framing, ergonomic workstations and accessories, flexible assembly conveyors, robot and handling systems, planning software and training.

Pneumatics
Lexington, KY, is home to the Bosch Rexroth Pneumatics division. Here, in a facility that is both ISO 9001 and QS 9000 quality certified, the division that was once Rexroth Mecman and the pneumatics division of Bosch Automation Technology produces a comprehensive range of pneumatic, electronic and electro-pneumatic components and systems to meet every requirement.
