We run this thing daily on equipment teardowns and it hasn't missed a beat. Good power across the full range and the adjustable intensity is something we actually use, not just a gimmick.
really happy with the performance overall. The 1" drive is beefy and the impact range gives you alot of flexibility on different jobs. Knocked off a star just because the hose fitting connection on ours was a little stiff at first, but it loosened up fine.
Swapped it onto our excavator support rig and it handled every bolt we threw at it without breaking a sweat. The swing hammer mechanism hits hard and consistent — seriously impressed with how smooth it runs under load. Would buy again without hesitation.
The wrench itself is well built and the impact feel is noticeably smoother than cheaper units I've run before. Took about a week longer to arrive than estimated which was frustrating when I had work waiting, but Northern got it sorted out and I'd still order from them again.
