• Tensioner size / model: match the kit to the specific EAJ tensioner size and stack configuration.
• Seal material: verify the elastomer and backup compounds suit subsea service and the fluid in use.
• Pressure rating / capacity: the kit should be rated for the working pressure of the EAJ tensioner it serves.
• Application: confirm it is the subsea Aquajack variant rather than a topside tensioner of similar size.
• OEM cross-reference: have the existing seal numbers or the tensioner part number ready, especially where it replaces an obsolete unit.

Which EAJ Seal Kit Is Right for the Job?

EAJ seal kits are tied one-to-one to tensioner size, so picking the right one starts with identifying the tool, not the kit.
