Technical Specifications
Flow Performance
At 7 GPM, the V10P1P7K1C7G10L hits the efficiency sweet spot for loaders and compactors. This matches OEM Vickers V10 requirements exactly. Operators save 4 hours weekly versus waiting for factory parts.
Efficiency & Durability
Performance stays consistent from 1,200 to 2,800 RPM. After 2,000 hours, efficiency remains at 93%. Comparable piston pumps drop to 81% by then.
Installation
Installation takes just 35 minutes using standard 2-bolt SAE “A” tools. The mounting pattern fits all Vickers V10 applications without adapters. ISO 32-68 hydraulic oil compatibility prevents premature seal wear.
Features and Benefits
- Direct Vickers Interchange: 100% model-code compatibility eliminates costly machine downtime. Operators report 41% fewer fitment errors.

Product Selection Guide
While all five FluiDyne V10 Series models are direct Vickers replacements with identical core specs—SAE ‘A’ 2-bolt mounting, 1.0 GPM flow, 3.3 cm³/r (0.20 in³/r) displacement, and 2500 PSI max pressure—their main differences lie in shaft type, port position, flow control settings, relief valve settings, and rotation. These subtle variations allow precise matching to your hydraulic system’s mechanical layout and performance needs. For a similar V10 model with 0.20 in³/r displacement, see V10F1S3P1B3D20R.

Key Differences
Shaft Type
Difference: V10P1P7K1C7G10L features a 3/4″ straight keyed shaft; models V10P1P7K11A2D10R, V10P1P7K11A6G10L, V10P1P7K11B4C10L, and V10P1P7K11B4G10L use a 9-tooth splined shaft.
Selection Guide: Choose a straight keyed shaft for standard couplings; opt for splined shafts in high-torque or misalignment-prone applications.
Port Position
Difference: V10P1P7K1C7G10L has ports inline with the inlet (0°); V10P1P7K11A2D10R and V10P1P7K11A6G10L have ports 180° from the inlet; V10P1P7K11B4C10L and V10P1P7K11B4G10L have ports 90° counter-clockwise from the inlet.
Selection Guide: Inline (0°) ports are ideal for straight hose routing; 90° and 180° options help with tight installations or specific manifold layouts.
Flow Control
Difference: V10P1P7K1C7G10L, V10P1P7K11A2D10R, and V10P1P7K11A6G10L: 7, 2, and 6 GPM at 1200 RPM, respectively; V10P1P7K11B4C10L and V10P1P7K11B4G10L: 4 GPM at 1200 RPM.
Selection Guide: Select higher GPM settings for greater actuator speed; lower GPM for finer control or smaller actuators.
Relief Valve Setting
Difference: Relief valves range from 750 PSI (V10P1P7K11B4C10L), 1000 PSI (V10P1P7K11A2D10R), to 1750 PSI (V10P1P7K1C7G10L, V10P1P7K11A6G10L, V10P1P7K11B4G10L).
Selection Guide: Match relief valve setting to your system’s max working pressure to protect components and optimize performance.
Rotation Direction
Difference: V10P1P7K1C7G10L, V10P1P7K11A6G10L, V10P1P7K11B4C10L, and V10P1P7K11B4G10L are left-hand (counter-clockwise); V10P1P7K11A2D10R is right-hand (clockwise).
Selection Guide: Choose rotation to match your prime mover’s (motor/engine) direction.
Quick Selection Guide
If you need: Standard keyed shaft with inline ports and high flow control (7 GPM), left-hand rotation, and 1750 PSI relief
Choose: V10P1P7K1C7G10L
Because: Ideal for straightforward installations needing maximum flow at left-hand rotation with keyed coupling.
If you need: Splined shaft, ports opposite inlet (180°), lowest flow control (2 GPM), right-hand rotation, and 1000 PSI relief
Choose: V10P1P7K11A2D10R
Because: Best for compact layouts with right-hand drive and the lowest system pressure requirements.
If you need: Splined shaft, 180° ports, moderate flow (6 GPM), left-hand rotation, and 1750 PSI relief
Choose: V10P1P7K11A6G10L
Because: Suited for mid-range flow needs and left-hand drive systems.
If you need: Splined shaft, 90° port position, 4 GPM flow, left-hand rotation, and lowest relief setting (750 PSI)
Choose: V10P1P7K11B4C10L
Because: Optimal for low-pressure, compact applications where hoses must exit at 90°.
If you need: Splined shaft, 90° port position, 4 GPM flow, left-hand rotation, and higher relief setting (1750 PSI)
Choose: V10P1P7K11B4G10L
Because: Provides the same compact port layout as above but for higher pressure circuits.
Compatibility: All models are 100% interchangeable with Vickers V10 pumps, use SAE ‘A’ 2-bolt mounting, and support BSPP/G1″ and G1/2″ straight thread ports for easy integration. Ordered late Thursday, had it by Monday. Fit perfect on my machine, no leaks, pressure is good. Exactly what I needed.
Dropped this in place of the old Vickers with zero hassle. Keyed shaft lined up perfect, bolted to the SAE A mount no problem, fired it up and had pressure right away. Machine's been running solid for three weeks now.
Pump showed up and the shaft had some slop I wasn't expecting, started noticing a pressure drop under load after about a week of use. Reached out to customer service and they were helpful enough but still waiting on a resolution. Wouldn't say it's a bad company just this particular unit hasn't held up the way I needed it to.
We swap out Vickers units pretty regularly in our fleet and this Fluidyne has been one of the easier ones to source — fit was dead on and it's held pressure without complaint since install.
Came in fast and fit the application well. We've put it on a small hydraulic power unit for a customer and so far it's running quiet and holding pressure at load. Good value for what it is.
