Product Selection Guide
These FluiDyne V2020 double vane pump models differ mainly in total flow, individual section flow rates, maximum speed, rotation, port orientation, and shaft type. For hydraulic circuits requiring integrated valving, we also offer pumps with integral valves. All are direct Vickers replacements with SAE ‘B’ 4-bolt mounting, 1-1/16″-12 outlets, and 2500 PSI max pressure, making selection primarily about matching flow, speed, porting, and rotation to your equipment’s needs.

Key Differences
Total Flow (GPM)
Difference: WF825202 offers the highest total flow at 19.0 GPM; WF825205 and WF825206 provide 14.0 GPM; WF825207 delivers 12.0 GPM; WF825203 offers 15.0 GPM.
Selection Guide: Select WF825202 for demanding dual-flow circuits; WF825205/WF825206 for balanced mid-range applications; WF825207 for low/high split flows; WF825203 for slightly more output than 7+7 GPM models.
Front/Rear Pump Flow Split
Difference: WF825207 has a high/low split (11 GPM front, 1 GPM rear); WF825202 (12/7), WF825203 (8/7), WF825205 and WF825206 (7/7).
Selection Guide: Choose split-flow models (WF825207, WF825202, WF825203) for Hi-Lo circuits or where two different flows are needed; select equal-flow models (WF825205, WF825206) for balanced dual circuits.
Maximum Speed (RPM)
Difference: WF825205 and WF825206 allow up to 3000 RPM; WF825203 up to 2800 RPM; WF825202 up to 2400 RPM; WF825207 up to 1800 RPM.
Selection Guide: Use WF825205/WF825206 where higher RPM capability is needed; select WF825207 if system speed is limited.
Rotation
Difference: WF825205, WF825206, and WF825203 are left-hand (CCW); WF825202 and WF825207 are right-hand (CW).
Selection Guide: Match rotation to your prime mover—choose right-hand for standard CW engines, left-hand for CCW requirements.
Port Orientation
Difference: WF825205 and WF825206 have outlets opposite inlet (180°); WF825207 and WF825203 are inline with inlet (0°); WF825202 is 90° CCW from inlet.
Selection Guide: Choose port orientation to simplify piping: 180° for opposite-side lines, 0° for inline, 90° for perpendicular layouts.
Shaft Type
Difference: WF825205 and WF825203 have 13-tooth splined shafts; WF825206, WF825202, and WF825207 have straight keyed shafts.
Selection Guide: Select splined shafts for higher torque and wear resistance; keyed shafts for standard coupling.
Quick Selection Guide
If you need: Balanced flows with high RPM and left-hand rotation
Choose: WF825205 or WF825206
Because: Both offer 7+7 GPM at up to 3000 RPM; select WF825205 for splined shaft, WF825206 for keyed.
If you need: Highest total flow and split flow for right-hand systems
Choose: WF825202
Because: Provides 12+7 GPM (19 GPM total), ideal for larger Hi-Lo circuits with right-hand rotation.
If you need: Major flow from one section and minimal from another
Choose: WF825207
Because: Delivers 11 GPM front, 1 GPM rear, perfect for applications needing high/low output split.
If you need: Moderate split flows with higher output and left-hand rotation
Choose: WF825203
Because: Supplies 8+7 GPM (15 GPM total), with splined shaft and 2800 RPM max, suitable for higher left-hand speed.
Compatibility: All models are 100% interchangeable with Vickers V2020 pumps, part of our trusted hydraulic pumps family, feature SAE ‘B’ 4-bolt mounting, and use standard 1-1/16″-12 UN-2B and straight thread ports for seamless integration.

Fit and finish looked solid out of the box. Only reason I'm not leaving the top mark is I'd like to see a few more miles on it before I go that far, but so far no complaints.
Dropped right in where the Vickers came out. No modification, no fuss. Thing's been running our log splitter for two months without a hiccup.
Swapped this onto a small hydraulic unit in about an hour. Came up to pressure immediately and hasn't leaked a drop. Saved a good chunk over buying an OEM unit and honestly can't tell the difference in performance.
Pump performs well under load and the swap was straightforward. Lost a half star just because the shaft keyway was a little tight coming out of the box — had to clean it up a bit — but once it was seated it's been fine.
It's running but I'm not fully convinced on the long-term quality yet. Looks like a decent casting and pressure is where it should be, but the original lasted years and I guess I'm just waiting to see if this one holds up the same way.
