These FluiDyne V2020 double vane pump models differ primarily by flow rates, port orientations, mounting style, shaft configuration, rotation direction, and total displacement. Each model offers 100% direct Vickers interchangeability and SAE mounting, but is optimized for particular hydraulic system requirements such as higher flow, space constraints, or specific drive configurations.
?? Important: The specifications shown are for reference and comparison purposes. Always verify specifications with the official manufacturer documentation or contact our technical team at (800) 823-4937 before ordering to ensure compatibility with your application. We cannot accept returns due to specification mismatches.
| Model Number | Flow Rate | Max Pressure | Displacement | Mounting |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WF825401 (Current) | 8 | 2500 PSI | 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) | 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size) |
| WF825407 | 7 | 2500 PSI | 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) | 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size) |
| WF825400 | 7 | 2500 PSI | 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) | 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size) |
| WF825975 | 10 | 2500 PSI | 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) | 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size) |

Difference: WF825401 offers the highest total flow (15.0 GPM, 3.06 in³/rev), WF825407 provides 14.0 GPM (2.78 in³/rev), WF825400 delivers 13.0 GPM (2.58 in³/rev), while WF825975 and WF825063 supply 10.0 GPM (front section only, rear inactive).
Selection Guide: Choose WF825401 where maximum combined flow is needed; select WF825975 or WF825063 for single-output applications or where lower flow suffices.
Difference: WF825401 and WF825407 have both front and rear pumps active (V20-8+V20-7, V20-7+V20-7); WF825400 offers asymmetric flows (V20-7+V20-6); WF825975 and WF825063 have only the front pump active (V20-10+V20-0).
Selection Guide: For dual-circuit or Hi-Lo circuit needs, choose models with both sections active (WF825401, WF825407, WF825400); for single circuit, select WF825975 or WF825063. For integrated control, see our pumps with integral valves.
Difference: WF825401 is limited to 2800 RPM, WF825407 and WF825400 to 3000 RPM, WF825975 and WF825063 to 1800 RPM (due to rear pump limitation).
Selection Guide: If your application demands higher RPM, use WF825407 or WF825400; for slower-speed drives, WF825975 or WF825063 suffice.
Difference: WF825401, WF825407, WF825975, and WF825063 use SAE ‘B’ 4-bolt flange; WF825400 uses a foot bracket mount.
Selection Guide: Choose flange-mount (SAE ‘B’) for standard hydraulic installations; select foot bracket (WF825400) for custom or retrofit mounting.
Difference: WF825401, WF825407, WF825975, WF825063 have both outlets opposite the inlet (180°); WF825400 has both outlets inline with the inlet (0°).
Selection Guide: Select 180° orientation (WF825401, WF825407, WF825975, WF825063) when piping runs are opposite; choose 0° (WF825400) for inline port connections.
Difference: WF825401, WF825407, WF825400 use straight keyed shafts; WF825975 and WF825063 use 13-tooth splined shafts. WF825401 and WF825975 are left-hand (CCW) rotation; others are right-hand (CW).
Selection Guide: Choose splined shafts (WF825975, WF825063) for higher torque or specific coupling requirements; select rotation direction to match your drive (left-hand or right-hand).
If you need: Maximum combined flow for dual-circuit operation—see our full selection of vane pumps for more dual-section options.
Choose: WF825401
Because: It delivers 15.0 GPM (8+7 GPM) with both pump sections active, ideal for systems needing two flows from one pump.
If you need: Balanced twin circuits with equal flow
Choose: WF825407
Because: Provides 7 GPM from each section (total 14.0 GPM), suitable for synchronized dual-actuator setups.
If you need: Custom mounting or inline porting
Choose: WF825400
Because: Its foot bracket mount and 0° inline port orientation are ideal for retrofits or limited-space installations.
If you need: Single high-flow circuit or high-torque drive
Choose: WF825975 or WF825063
Because: Only the front pump section is active (10 GPM), and both feature a 13-tooth splined shaft for demanding drive requirements. For single-stage needs, explore our single stage vane pumps as well.
If you need: Specific rotation direction
Choose: WF825401 or WF825975 for left-hand (CCW); WF825407, WF825400, or WF825063 for right-hand (CW)
Because: All models are available in both rotation types—match your drive.
Compatibility: All models are direct Vickers replacements, 100% interchangeable, and built to SAE J744 standards—see our full range of Vickers replacement pumps for additional options. Mounting and port sizes are consistent for straightforward swap-in with existing V20-series installations.
