Product Selection Guide

These FluiDyne V2020 double vane pumps are all direct replacements for Vickers models, designed for dual-flow hydraulic systems. The main factors that differentiate these models are the flow rates of the front and rear pump sections, port orientation, shaft type, pump rotation, and maximum allowable speed. These variations allow users to tailor pump selection to system flow demand, available space, and drive configuration.

?? Important: The specifications shown are for reference and comparison purposes. Always verify specifications with the official manufacturer documentation or contact our technical team at (800) 823-4937 before ordering to ensure compatibility with your application. We cannot accept returns due to specification mismatches.

Model Number Flow Rate Max Pressure Displacement Mounting

Key Differences

Front and Rear Pump Flow Rates

Difference: Front pumps range from 8 to 13 GPM; rear pumps from 0 to 8 GPM. Total flow ranges from 10 to 20 GPM.

Selection Guide: Choose WF825378 for the highest total flow (20 GPM, 13 front/7 rear), WF825375 for balanced higher flow (12 front/8 rear), or WF825376/WF825377 for matched flows (8 front/8 rear, 16 GPM total). WF825975 is best for single-section use or low secondary flow requirements (10 GPM front/0 rear).

Maximum Speed

Difference: Models with 8 GPM front pumps allow up to 2800 RPM; higher flow fronts (12–13 GPM) are limited to 2400 RPM or less.

Selection Guide: Models WF825377 and WF825376 support higher drive speeds—ideal for systems with faster drive motors. Select higher flow models only if pump drive speed will not exceed 2400 RPM.

Shaft Type

Difference: WF825377 and WF825975 use a 13-tooth splined shaft; others use a 3/4″ straight keyed shaft.

Selection Guide: Choose splined shaft models for high-torque applications or when using splined couplings; stick with keyed shaft models for standard installations. See also V20 Pump models for similar specifications.

Rotation Direction

Difference: WF825377 and WF825376 are right-hand (CW); WF825378 and WF825975 are left-hand (CCW).

Selection Guide: Select the correct rotation to match your drive motor and system direction.

Port Orientation

Difference: WF825377: front 90° CCW/rear inline; WF825375: front inline/rear 90° CW; WF825378 and WF825376: both inline; WF825975: both opposite inlet (180°).

Selection Guide: Pick port orientation that best matches your system plumbing to reduce hose complexity and potential fitting costs.

Quick Selection Guide

If you need: Highest total flow with staggered outputs

Choose: WF825378

Because: Delivers 13 GPM front and 7 GPM rear (20 GPM total) with left-hand rotation and both outlets inline for streamlined plumbing.

If you need: Balanced dual-flow at higher total output

Choose: WF825375

Because: Provides 12 GPM front, 8 GPM rear (20 GPM total) with right-hand rotation and split port orientation for flexible system layouts.

If you need: Matched dual-flow and maximum RPM capability

Choose: WF825377 or WF825376

Because: Both offer 8 GPM front and rear (16 GPM total) with max 2800 RPM; WF825377 has a splined shaft and 90°/inline ports, WF825376 uses a keyed shaft with both ports inline.

If you need: Single-section operation or minimal secondary flow

Choose: WF825975

Because: Front pump delivers 10 GPM, rear section is inactive. Ideal for single-circuit systems or when a secondary flow isn’t needed. Features left-hand rotation and a splined shaft.

Compatibility: All models use SAE ‘A’ 2-bolt mounting and G1″/G1/2″ BSPP straight thread ports, ensuring 100% direct interchangeability with Vickers equivalents and simplified installation.
