Product Selection Guide

These vane pumps are all direct Vickers replacements, sharing SAE mounting and thread standards, but differ in their flow rates, pump section combinations, maximum speeds, shaft types, port orientations, and rotation. Each model is optimized for specific hydraulic system requirements, allowing precise matching to your application’s flow and configuration needs.

?? Important: The specifications shown are for reference and comparison purposes. Always verify specifications with the official manufacturer documentation or contact our technical team at (800) 823-4937 before ordering to ensure compatibility with your application. We cannot accept returns due to specification mismatches.

Model Number Flow Rate Max Pressure Displacement Mounting
WF825643 (Current) 8 2500 PSI 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size)
WF825648 13 2500 PSI 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size)
WF825647 9 2500 PSI 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size)
WF825645 7 2500 PSI 19.5 cm³/r (1.19 in³/r) 2-Bolt Flange (SAE “A” size)

Key Differences

Pump Section Flow Combinations

Difference: Front and rear pump sections vary: e.g., WF825643 has 8 GPM front/rear (16 GPM total), WF825648 has 13 GPM front/3 GPM rear (16 GPM total), WF825647 has 9 GPM front/6 GPM rear (15 GPM total), WF825645 has 7 GPM front/8 GPM rear (15 GPM total), and WF825975 is 10 GPM front/0 GPM rear (10 GPM total).

Selection Guide: Choose the model whose front/rear GPM matches your circuit’s main and auxiliary flow demands. If you require a single-section solution, consider the V201P5P18C11R – FluiDyne V20 Pump. For balanced dual circuits, pick models with similar front/rear flows; for Hi-Lo circuits, select models with a high/low GPM split.

Maximum Speed (RPM)

Difference: WF825643, WF825647, and WF825645 operate up to 2800 RPM; WF825648 and WF825975 are limited to 1800 RPM due to their rear pump sections.

Selection Guide: Select higher-RPM models for systems running faster cycles or requiring greater responsiveness.

Shaft Type

Difference: WF825648 and WF825975 use a 13-tooth splined shaft; the others use a straight keyed shaft.

Selection Guide: Use splined shaft models for high-torque or heavy-duty coupling, or where splined drive is required.

Port Orientation

Difference: WF825643 and WF825645 have both outlets at 90° CCW from the inlet; WF825648 and WF825647 have both outlets inline (0°); WF825975’s outlets are 180° opposite from the inlet.

Selection Guide: Choose port orientation to match your plumbing layout: 90° for side ports, inline for straight paths, 180° for opposite-side connections.

Rotation Direction

Difference: WF825975 is left-hand (counter-clockwise); all others are right-hand (clockwise).

Selection Guide: Select the correct rotation to match your drive/motor direction.

Quick Selection Guide

If you need: Equal flow in two circuits (8 GPM each), higher RPM (up to 2800)

Choose: WF825643

Because: Delivers balanced 8+8 GPM at high speed—ideal for dual equal-demand circuits.

If you need: High primary and low secondary flow (13 GPM + 3 GPM), with splined shaft

Choose: WF825648

Because: Best for Hi-Lo circuits needing most flow on one side and splined shaft compatibility.

If you need: Slightly higher front flow (9 GPM) and moderate rear (6 GPM), with inline ports

Choose: WF825647

Because: Optimized for applications needing more flow in one section and straight plumbing. For higher displacement applications, see V201P13P3A11R – FluiDyne V20 Pump.

If you need: Flow control cover and 7/8 GPM split, with ports at 90°

Choose: WF825645

Because: Includes flow control for precise operation and side port access. For additional options, see our pumps with integral valves.

If you need: Single-section operation (10 GPM) or left-hand rotation

Choose: WF825975

Because: Ideal for systems requiring only one active pump or counter-clockwise drive.

Compatibility: All models are 100% interchangeable with Vickers pumps, use SAE J744 mounting and G1″/G1/2″ BSPP ports, and support up to 2500 PSI. To compare more options, browse our vane pumps catalog. Same-day shipping is available for in-stock items, and volume pricing begins at 4 units. Each pump includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
