All returns will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge unless prior arrangements are made. All returns will require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before return. All merchandise must be new and uninstalled to receive an RMA number. Used or installed items will not be accepted, no exceptions. All returned item freight charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All Special order items are not returnable unless prior arrangements have been made with the manufacturer, and additional re-stocking charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All Special order power units are charged a non-refundable 50% deposit, to put into the assembly line.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. With no exceptions.
