The jack itself is well built and our customers have been happy with the installs we've done using it. Took a bit longer than expected to recieve the first order but customer service sorted it out and we've ordered a couple more since.
Replaced an old manual jack with this and we're not looking back. Lifts our heaviest trailers without breaking a sweat and the remote makes it a one man operation which saves us alot of time during harvest season.
fit perfect, no leaks, works as advertised
Had this thing on a heavy gooseneck for two seasons now and zero complaints. Build quality is solid, the hydraulics are smooth, and I've put it through some rough use. Genuinely impressed with how it's held up.
Thing works great and the remote is a nice touch when you're working alone. Only reason I'm not leaving the top mark is the power unit was a little loud for my taste, but honestly it hasn't slowed me down one bit on the job.
