Motor itself is exactly what I expected from Char-Lynn — smooth, well built, no complaints there. Shipping took a little longer than I'd hoped but it did show up in good shape so I can't complain too much.

Dropped this into a old brush hog drive and it's been running strong ever since. Fit the 2-bolt mount perfect, shaft lined right up, no leaks after about 40 hours of use. Exactly what I needed.
Installed it on a sweeper attachment, runs alright but feels like it breaks away a little rough at low RPM. Could be a system issue on our end, hard to say. Not blown away but not sending it back either.
