Pump itself performs fine and our customer is happy with it. Came in a pretty beat up box though, looked like it had been kicked across a warehouse — the pump was okay but it was a little nerve wracking opening it up. Would order again from Northern, just noting it.
installed it last week and no complaints so far, seems well built
Recieved the pump and it looked used or at least like a shelf pull, had some scuff marks on the housing that weren't in the listing photos. It works but for the price I expected something that looked new out of the box, kind of disappointed honestly.
exactly what we needed
Fit right up where the old one came off, no adapter games or anything like that. Runs smooth under load. Only reason I'm not leaving a perfect score is shipping took a few days longer than the estimate said it would, but the part itself is exactly what I wanted.
