Seriously impressed with how solid this feels for an aluminum cylinder. Put it under a pretty ugly load situation and it didn't flinch, lock nut held position the whole time without creeping. Enerpac doesn't disappoint.
Used it twice now pressing in some pins on our loader frame. Holds the load no problem and the lock nut gives you that peace of mind when you need to hold position for a while. Would buy again.
Been running this thing hard on a bridge deck job for the past three weeks and it hasn't missed a beat. Aluminum body keeps it light enough that one guy can move it around without a big production, but it doesn't feel cheap at all. Lock nut holds position exactly like it should.
Expected better for the price honestly. The lock nut was stiff and galled up on me the second time I used it, had to chase the threads just to get it moving again. Maybe a bad unit but I'd expect tighter quality control from this brand.
Picked this up for some pin press work on a Cat and it did the job fine. Shipping was faster than I expected. Aluminum construction makes it easy to pack in a service truck.
