Cylinder showed up with a dent on the body and the threads on the port were nicked up pretty bad. Couldn't even use it. Had to deal with returning it which took way longer than it should have, whole thing was a hassle and cost me two days of downtime on a job.
Works fine for light press work but I expected a smoother retract — takes a bit of coaxing sometimes when the load shifts. Not a dealbreaker, just worth knowing. Probably fine for most people.
been using this thing for about three months pushing fence posts and doing some light equipment work, holds pressure great and the 6 inch stroke is exactly what we needed. no complaints from the crew.
Ordered for a frame straightening job, fit the setup perfectly and held steady under load the whole time. Thing's a tank.
Using this in a shop-built H-frame press and it performs great — the stroke length is right and it cycles fast enough that my guys aren't standing around waiting. Definitly worth the price compared to what the local supplier wanted.
