Pump came well packaged and installed without issues. Runs quiet which I appreciated — old one had started to whine pretty bad before it finally gave out. Would've liked faster shipping but not a dealbreaker.
Recieved it quicker than expected, dropped it on a customer's machine and it's been running solid. No complaints from our end.

This pump is built right — you can tell the quality just picking it up. Went on easy, primed fast, and the machine runs better than it has in a long time. Northern Hydraulics had it to me faster than I expected too. Definitly ordering from them again.
Been running it hard on the farm for a few months now, hasn't missed a beat. Pressure is strong and consistent, no leaks anywhere. Honestly better than I expected for the price, real happy with it.
