Enerpac NS-110130SH Hydraulic Nut Splitter Set with Hand Pump, 192-Ton Capacity, Hexagon up to 5.38″

We'd been putting off dealing with some corroded tie rod nuts on an old combine header for two seasons because nothing we had would touch them. This handled all four without any drama whatsoever. Quality feels like it'll last a long time.

Used it on some seriously rusted flange nuts that had been on a grain auger for probably fifteen years, and it walked right through them once I got pressure built up. Took a little fiddling to seat the splitter head correctly — instructions could be clearer on that — but once I figured it out it worked great. Good quality overall, just wish the case latches felt a little more substantial.

Works as advertised once you take the time to position the wedge blade correctly — I rushed it the first try and didn't get a clean split. Second attempt, took my time seating it, and it cracked a big corroded hex nut on a press frame without breaking a sweat. Hand pump is quality, no leaks, good pressure feel.

Picked this up for big industrial bolt removal jobs and it hasn't let us down yet. Setup is straightforward, pump is well built, and the capacity is there when you need it. Would've liked an extra chisel blade in the kit for the price point but that's a small complaint.

Had a critical shutdown on a press because of one giant stuck nut and this set got us back running same day. Recieved it next morning via freight and had it unboxed and cracking that nut by afternoon. Couldn't be happier with the performance, absolutely worth every dollar.
