The TT46 Stanley tie tamper has a spring-dampened anti-vibration handle to isolate the tools vibration from the operator which increases productivity and reduces fatigue. Its feathering On/Off valve allows the operator more control during use. The operator can still back out the bit even when driven deeply into the ballast thanks to the spring loaded bit keeper.
