thing's a tank
Pump is well made and fits perfect, runs quiet. Shipping took longer than the estimate said it would, which held up our job a couple days. The pump itself earns full marks though.
Dropped this in to replace a worn out unit on my log splitter and it fired right up, no leaks, holds pressure no problem. Thing's built solid for the price.
Pump works and I'm not saying it's bad, but I had a hard time getting the right fitings together and the pump seemed to take alot of break-in time before it settled into consistent pressure. Might just be my setup but expected a smoother experience out of the box.
Installed it on a small hydraulic unit we use for a gate opener. Builds pressure alright but it does run a little warmer than I expected under extended use, keeping an eye on it. Works for now.
