Winch works perfect for what i needed it for. Shipping took a little longer than expected but once it arrived everything was in good shape. Would order from here again.
Took almost three weeks to arrive and when it finally showed up one of the mounting brackets was bent pretty good. Contacted customer service and they were helpful enough but waiting on a replacement part is a pain when you've got a job on hold. The winch itself seems to work fine once we got it sorted but the whole experience left a bad taste.

Mounted it up in our warehouse for lifting palletized parts off a mezzanine. Smooth, quiet, no issues after several months of daily use. Build quality is better than I figured for the price point, the housing feels genuinely heavy duty and the controls are straightforward. Real workhorse.
